Mohrenschildt LL.M.
Dr. Alexander T. Mohrenschildt LL.M. began his career with the Allianz Group in Vienna and London. He then continued his legal studies for two years at the University of Vienna’s Department of Civil Law, where he received his doctorate with distinction.
From 1997 he was responsible for product development and sales at the leading life insurance company in Liechtenstein. His focus was on optimising the legal and tax aspects of client’s situation by linking product development with the structuring of solutions.
Dr. Alexander T. Mohrenschildt LL.M. most recently acted as CEO for another company in the growing insurance industry in Liechtenstein.
He is a regular speaker at international conferences and at the ICQM (Institute for Compliance and Quality Management), which he co-founded in 2000.
Dr. Alexander T. Mohrenschildt LL.M. is the founder and chairman of the Institut für Vermögensstrukturierung e.V. in Berlin, which deals with the structuring of large assets at the interface between civil, tax and supervisory law, taking economic aspects into account.

DR. DANIEL WELKER,
ADVISORY BOARD
Dr Daniel Welker has worked for more than 15 years in leading positions in the areas of law and tax, product development and structuring in international companies and financial institutions in Germany and abroad.
His technical expertise and knowledge of internal company procedures and processes help to simplify the implementation and realisation of legal aspects and topics as part of his consultancy work. After completing his legal training in Germany in Halle (Saale), Munich and at the University of Sydney, Dr Daniel Welker obtained his doctorate while working and completed additional studies in international banking, capital markets and insurance law at the University of Zurich.
Dr Daniel Welker has been working as a lecturer for business law at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) since 2016. He is also the author of various specialist publications on commercial law and a speaker for specialist lectures.
JOACHIM BECKMANN,
ADVISORY BOARD
Joachim Beckmann worked in the banking sector from November 1971 to February 2017; initially at Deutsche Bank and from October 1980 for Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG, for which he acquired wealthy families and HNWI for private banking and advised them on their asset structuring in the 16 years before his retirement. Since February 2017, Mr Beckmann has been contributing his experience and expertise in contact brokerage for organisations with a focus on tax advice and non-liquid asset investments.
